Refund Request Form

Refund Eligibility

Examples of eligible refunds:

  1. You were charged but the print/copy job was not successfully completed
  2. The equipment caused defects in the final product.
  3. Your money was accepted by a coin/bill unit but the right credit amount was not added to your account.
  4. The appropriate change was not given from the coin/bill unit.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  1. You printed blank pages, multiple copies, to the wrong paper size/source, or you accidentally selected the color printer
  2. You are not satisfied with the quality of the printed material (unless defects are dut to equipment problems)
  3. Your account history does not reflect the reported false charges

Cash refunds

All refunds are placed back on the online account unless you do not have a DigiNet account (i.e. you are a guest) or if you’re cashing out your DigiNet account (leaving the university). Cash refunds under $5 can be processed in person at the IT Helpdesk. For larger amounts, a check request will be made through accounting and mailed to a US address if provided. Cash refunds are not available for Department accounts.
