The DigiNet system allows for paid printing and copying in the library and several campus computer labs. We also provide and support department printers for employees.

From own computer

You will need to follow initial setup instructions for Mac OS X or Windows XP. When you are ready to print, click on the Online Printing page and follow the instructions there.

Trouble with PDFs

Most PDF documents are great for printing, but we’ve found that some just won’t print through DigiNet very well. If you’re having trouble, here are two tips:

  1. Save the PDF file to the computer you’re printing from. Don’t try and print PDFs directly from a web browser.
  2. If it’s a large PDF file, try printing only specific sections at a time.
  3. If you get all blank pages or are missing pages, use the Refund Request Form to get a refund for the print job.

Advanced Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator Printing

To print advanced documents through DigiNet we recommend you use the computers in the Welch Computer Lab. To get the best quality possible though, we recommend using a professional printing center like Kinkos.
