Personal DigiNet Accounts
With DigiNet you don’t need a special card or to sign-up; just use it once and your account is created automatically.
Each DigiNet kiosk requires you to logon with your NetID. See Accounts/Passwords page for more information on NetID.
Departmental DigiNet Accounts
Department accounts for printing and copying can be setup by request. Contact the IT Helpdesk to request a new account or to see if your department already has one.
Departmental DigiNet accounts function like a debit account: copies and prints are accrued during each quarter, and at the end of each quarter accounts are billed for all activity on that account. By default the department accounts are set at a $250 per quarter limit. This limit can be adjusted by the department upon request. Quarterly billing will be done internally using standard Biola accounting practices
Adding money to your DigiNet account
Self-service Diginet kiosks are easy to use and available near every DigiNet copier or printer. Some kiosks have coin/bill units so you can add money to your account or just pay with cash (guests will need to use this option). You can also check your balance and request a refund right from any kiosk station.
Getting Help
If you need help with the DigiNet system and are in the Library, the RSA’s can assist with most DigiNet questions. If you are in the Welch computer lab or at another location on campus contact the IT Helpdesk.
