UPDATE:

Hello Biola Community,

On Friday, March 30, by 3:30 p.m., all services have been restored! IT worked with our service provider, Compellent, to restore 100% functionality to Biola’s Storage Area Network (SAN) and all previously affected services.

Thank you for your patience and prayers as we worked with Compellent to restore services. IT and Compellent will now resume our continuous monitoring of this service.

Hello Biola Community,

On Friday, March 30 at 4 a.m., there was a problem with Biola’s Compellent Storage Area Network (SAN) which has affected services like my.biola, Blackboard Transact, and www.biola.edu. IT is working with our service partner, Compellent, to restore these services ASAP. Please note that no data loss occurred.
