VPN Service Outage 1/11

UPDATE: The VPN service was fully restored by 3:15 a.m., 1/12.

The VPN service experienced a software failure tonight beginning at about 8:15 p.m. As of 12:00 a.m. PST, 1/12/2012, the service is not yet restored.

We are working with Cisco technical support to resolve the problem, and will update this article when the service is fully restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
