Unplanned Internet Outage

At approximately 7:15pm on Wednesday, October 28th, our Internet and campus network services experienced what appeared to be a network hardware failure, which affected most of the campus. As of 1:00am on Thursday, October 29th, all services have been restored. IT located and removed unauthorized network equipment which appears to have been the source of the outage.
