Refund Policy

In general, no refunds will be provided. Refund exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis, due to exceptional circumstances. Refund exceptions are considered and provided at the sole discretion of Biola University Aquatics. When exceptions are made, refunds will be made within two weeks to the credit card charged during the original transaction.

PLEASE READ: The swimmer's eligibility for the program(s) you have selected is contingent upon the successful completion of a required swim test. If for any reason he or she is determined to be ineligible, you will be refunded any charges incurred for the subscription.
